The Bermuda Society of Arts, in collaboration with the Deep Cut Community, has curated a special exhibition in recognition of a century of Black History commemorations, running now through February 24th.
The initiative features black art, an archive of black film and music, and community screenings taking place three times a week, creating space for reflection, education, and cultural celebration.
We spoke to organizer Nzingha Ming, director of the Bermuda Society of Arts, and founder Yasmin Eve-Townsend, who shared more about the importance of the project and encouraged the public to come out and take part.
