Professional tennis returns to Bermuda with back-to-back ITF tournaments

International tennis is set to make a high-profile return to Bermuda later this month, with the W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium is confirmed to host consecutive International Tennis Federation (ITF) M15 tournaments.

The Pembroke venue will welcome a competitive global field across back-to-back weeks as rising stars on the men’s professional circuit battle for crucial ATP ranking points and silverware.

Action serves off with the opening tournament from Monday, 26 October to 1 November, before the second leg takes centre stage from 2 November to 8 November.

Both tournaments feature a $15,000 purse, providing an important stepping stone for emerging international talent looking to climb the ladder of the professional game.

For Bermuda, the double-header marks a welcome boost to the island’s sporting calendar, offering local fans courtside seats to elite tour action while delivering vital exposure to top-tier competition on home soil.
