Uniting Culture, Diversity and Resilience’ was the theme of this year’s Labour Day celebrations, as union members and supporters gathered at Union Square for the annual Labour Day March.
Originally scheduled to begin at 9:30 this morning, the march was delayed until 10:30 due to wet weather.
Despite the rain, participants took to the streets with umbrellas in hand, marking the occasion and celebrating the role unions have played within Bermuda’s community.
Our Kendal Trott was there to capture some of the sights, sounds and atmosphere from today’s march. Take a look.
