The Bermuda Health Council, working with the Ministry of Health, is inviting you to participate in a targeted consultation on a proposed approach for reviewing major changes in Bermuda’s healthcare system before they take effect.
The consultation will run from 14 September to 2 October 2026 and will consider issues such as significant changes to premiums or benefits, important health services, ownership arrangements, medicine supply, provider payment arrangements and major digital or administrative changes affecting access to care.

The survey will ask you to identify the stakeholder perspective you are responding from and will then present questions relevant to that area.
The paper is a consultation draft, and the proposed thresholds and procedures are starting points for discussion rather than final decisions.
