On day two of the Supreme Court trial of former PLP Senator Curtis Richardson, jurors heard live testimony from two witnesses who were at the scene
Jurors heard testimony today from two crown witnesses who were at the scene when Marco Warren was found lying in a roadway along Northshore Road on May 14, 2023.
One witness, who was allegedly flagged down by defendant Curtis Richardson, was a registered nurse and testified about his demeanor at the scene.
Former PLP Senator Mr. Richardson is charged with a single count of causing the death of Marco Warren by driving without due care and attention, which he denies.
