He questioned how the quango lacks a Human Resources and Administration Manager and says this contributes to many of the grievances contained in the report.
Mr. Robinson calls out the Board and Minister of Tourism whom, he says, should be holding the BTA accountable.
The OBA supports an independent BTA and Mr. Robinson says it should be enshrined in Legislation that no appointed or elected politician serve on the board or as Chairman of the BTA.
