‘Operation Relocation Workbook’ was penned by Bermudian husband and wife duo
Bermudian couple Paolo Odoli and Sara Schroter took a leap of faith when they decided to move their young family to Northern Italy. More than a year after taking the plunge, they say that the experience has been transformative.
While they still love Bermuda, and look forward to returning in the future, their Italian-chapter has seen them forge new connections and develop new skills.
Their new guide, Operation Relocation Workbook, provides an insightful look at some of the obstacles they faced whilst navigating unfamiliar social norms, complex bureaucracy, and the challenges that come with settling into a new country.
