The Government’s Ministry of Youth, Social Development and Seniors partnering with the Bermuda Cricket Board and CG Insurance to host ‘Power Up / Power Down with BELCO’ event for seniors.
Set for 11am Monday the 9th of June at St. Paul’s AME Church, the forum will focus on topics pertaining to monitoring one’s electricity usage—providing tips that could potentially help seniors save on their monthly utility-spend.
Joined by Bermuda Cricket Board Executive Director Cal Blankendal, Minister of Youth, Social Development and Seniors Tinee Furbert encouraging Bermuda’s elderly population to attend for practical advice on tracking their electricity usage, plus the opportunity to speak with Caribbean cricket legend Sir Curtly Ambrose.
