Over 600 BELCO customers without power
609 BELCO customers are without power tonight after an outage shortly after 8 o’clock. We’ve contacted BELCO for details on the cause and are awaiting a response.
BELCO Social Media Update:
“We are aware of an outage affecting customers in St. George’s parish. Our crew was dispatched, investigated, identified a fault and is currently working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
Please exercise extreme caution when driving, walking or riding near our working crews. The safety of you, our crew, the public and all road users is paramount.
If you are affected by this outage, please unplug all sensitive equipment and electronics.
We thank you for your patience as we work to restore your power.”
