Britain’s government said on Thursday that it had named Stephen Blyth, a mathematician previously in charge of Harvard University’s endowment, to the Bank of England’s Financial Policy Committee.
Randall Kroszner, a former U.S. Federal Reserve official, was reappointed to a second three-year term on the FPC, which has regulatory oversight of Britain’s financial system, Britain’s finance ministry said.
