Get to meet the people behind the panto

The Bermuda Musical and Dramatic Society’s Christmas pantomime, brings a vibrant Bermudian twist to the classic Jack and the Beanstalk with an infusion of new talent, bold creativity, and fresh technical elements. 

Costume designer Allie Zuckerman spoke to us about the imaginative challenge of creating the production’s large, whimsical pieces from bold, visually striking outfits to uniquely shaped costumes while working within Bermuda’s limited resources and finding creative solutions. 

The show’s social media director Milo Roberts shared her excitement about watching the show come together. Jennifer Campbell,  the actress portraying Queen Apricot, expressed enthusiasm for how the cast and crew have worked to shape this year’s production. The makers of the showencourage the public to come out, support the panto tradition, and enjoy the lively experience the team has created for audiences.
