Bermuda’s Conor White and his team, Muc-Off–SRCT–Storck, have been crowned The British Continental’s Domestic Cycling Team of the Year for 2025, an accolade that is bittersweet as the team prepares to disband due to funding issues.
The team, which operated on a tiny budget of around £8,000 with just seven riders, delivered one of the most impressive and efficient seasons in recent memory. Their accomplishments were driven by talent, grit, and strong team spirit.
The team’s dominance saw them secure several key achievements:
They won the National Road Series (both individual and team titles).
They claimed two Premier Calendar wins and an impressive 1-2 finish at the Reservoir.
Four of their riders finished in the top four of The British Continental’s national rankings.
Despite this immense success, the 2025 season will be their last due to funding struggles. The award serves as a poignant tribute to their project and highlights the fragility of domestic cycling funding.
