National Security Minister urges islanders to keep their belongings, gifts and homes safe

Residents were today reminded about the importance of personal safety and responsible behaviour at this time of year.

Speaking in the House of Assembly, Michael Weeks, Minister of National Security, said while the holiday season is a time of celebration, it’s also a period when crimes of opportunity traditionally increase.

Minister Weeks also urged responsibility on the roadways.
