Restaurant Weeks – Bermuda’s biggest culinary celebration – starts tomorrow, January 16th, and runs through February 16th.
It will feature more than 60 restaurants, entertainment offerings, and six unique culinary experiences across the island.
Utilizing fresh local seafood and international flavours, diners can enjoy specially curated two-course lunches and three-course dinners that celebrate Bermuda’s food, culture, and people.
Now in its 16th year and hosted by the Bermuda Tourism Authority, the event continues to highlight the island’s vibrant culinary scene.
Today, we spoke to James Wambui, Executive Chef at Cambridge Beaches, who shared details about his resort’s upcoming Restaurant Weeks event, which takes place on January 17th
