Senior Plc has received a takover proposal from a consortium comprised of Tinicum and Blackstone, the British aerospace supplier said on Tuesday.
Senior, a parts-supplier to Boeing and Airbus, last week disclosed it had received five takeover proposals in recent months, with private equity firm Advent confirming it was one of the suitors.
Discussions with the consortium and other potential offerors are ongoing, Senior said.
