The Ministry of Youth, Social Development and Seniors has launched a new annual initiative titled Youth Trailblazers Out Front 2026, aimed at recognizing Bermuda’s graduating students for their achievements, leadership, creativity, perseverance, and community impact. Honorees will be celebrated through public profiles, digital features, ministerial recognition, and a Front Street flag installation in the heart of Hamilton.
Kendal Trott spoke with Tinée Furbert, Minister of Youth, Social Development and Seniors, who shared that this is the first initiative of its kind focused on highlighting Bermuda’s youth. She is encouraging schools, sports clubs, and community organizations to submit nominations before the May 11th deadline.
