Emergency services attend incident at Admiralty House

Bermuda Broadcasting News understands one man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with injuries

Emergency responders attended the Admiralty House Park in Pembroke this afternoon after an apparent cliff jumping incident.
Bermuda Broadcasting News understands one man was transported to hospital via ambulance this afternoon .

A BFRS spokesperson confirmed that a call came in from a member of the public of a swimmer in distress. Emergency staff arrived at the scene shortly after 1pm where members of the public were assisting the man in the water until help arrived.
The park was busy with campers, visitors and swimmers near the cliffs where the reported incident occurred.
We’re told no further details would be provided.
