Two Bermuda youngsters competed in the historic 2026 Americas Triathlon Championships in Antofagasta, Chile.
Oliver Hayward, and Jackson Langley competed in the Junior Men Division
Hayward finished 36th clocking a time o f 1:00:48. Hayward came out of water after the 750m Swim 6th in a time of 10:25, he then recorded the 41st fastest Bike time of 31:10 covering the 21.6km distance, before completing the 5.0km Run time in 17:48.
Unfortunately Langley recorded a Did Not Finish. He was one of 4 who recorded DNF’s, he came out of the water in time of 11:07, but he never completed the Bike Course.
