It might be too late for Christmas cards to make it on time but the Bermuda Post Office announced today that mail delivery to Canada will resume on Monday.
This after a national strike affecting National Post in Canada crippled its service for weeks.
As operations return to normal, islanders are advised that due to backlogs within Canada’s postal network, deliveries from Bermuda may be slower than usual.
The BPO adds that once processing and transport arrangements are in place, all mail items will be forwarded on a rolling basis beginning on Monday.
