Birdies for Charity scheme will raise funds for the homeless

Former national footballer will be present at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship, representing the charity HOME

Keishen Bean is well known in Bermuda.

The former North Village striker, who struck fear into opposing defenses, captained Bermuda’s national team and led by example with his speed and skill.

Since retiring from international football, Bean has been making an impact off the pitch.

He now works with HOME, the charity that helps the homeless.

Ian Rawlins spoke with Bean about HOME’s mission – and what the organization will be sharing with patrons and visitors at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
