Costumes, Halloween surprises, and family fun take over the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI) this Saturday, 31 October, as its annual Halloween Party returns with an afternoon of entertainment for children and families. With free admission for adults and children under two, and advance tickets for children aged two and over for $20, families can enjoy four hours of Halloween festivities from noon to 4 pm.
This popular event is one of the island’s biggest family-friendly Halloween activities and it’s fun for all ages! Guests will enjoy a variety of games and activities, including a special meet and greet with Mermaid Cora and mad scientist experiments. For those who are brave enough, the ‘tunnel’ and ‘enchanted dive’ will provide a good fright.
Halloween-themed movies will be showing in the auditorium throughout the afternoon, and the popular costume parade is scheduled for 3pm with prizes to be awarded in several categories. Hot Dog Delight will have a variety of food and snacks for sale, and all proceeds support BUEI’s education programmes and community engagement initiatives. Cash and cards are accepted.
