Rolfe Commissiong, Independent candidate for C-17 Pembroke Central and a former Progressive Labour Party MP alleges the government’s economic policies fail to adequately address the needs of the most vulnerable.
However, Jason Hayward, the P.L.P. candidate for C-17, recently said the success of the international business sector has been partly attributed to the government facilitating growth and an environment where more Bermudians are working in the industry.
Mr. Commissiong challenging his election opponent, who ran un-contested in the 2020 general election.
