Uplift, a dispensary store, had to close its doors over products being held at the docks.
The government changed its policy on the importation of CBD products, restricting cannabinol and hemp derived items.
And while Uplift was crowned business of the year and its owners cited as female entrepreneurs of the year by the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, the co-owner says she now stands to lose everything.
