Zuill’s eye-catching finish the highlight as Bolton and Peterborough draw
Bermudian prospect Na’Im Zuill produced a moment of individual brilliance as Bolton Wanderers Academy were held to an entertaining 2-2 draw by Peterborough United.
Zuill handed the young Trotters the dream start, breaking the deadlock early on with a sensational strike from distance.
Latching onto a loose defensive clearance outside the penalty area, the Bermudian attacker connected cleanly with an emphatic half-volley, drilling the ball with venom into the bottom corner beyond the reach of the despairing Peterborough goalkeeper.
In an open, end-to-end clash, the Posh responded well to test the Bolton backline, ensuring the spoils were ultimately shared after a hard-fought four-goal contest.
However, Zuill’s eye-catching finish proved the undisputed highlight of the afternoon, continuing the young Bermudian’s impressive momentum within the Wanderers youth setup.
