Motorcyclist seriously hurt last night

Shortly after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2025, Police and other first responders attended a report of a road traffic collision involving a motor cycle and a motorcar on Middle Road, Warwick.
Reports are the vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when the collision occurred. Upon arrival, officers found the motorcycle rider, a 58-year-old male, was unresponsive and had sustained head as well as facial injuries.
He was attended to at the scene by EMTs from the Bermuda Fire and Rescue Service and subsequently transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where at last check, he continued to receive treatment of his injuries which have been deemed serious.
There were no reported injuries to the driver or occupants of the motorcar.
We wish to thank the public for their patience and cooperation while the roadway was closed for just under three hours to allow for processing of the collision scene.
An investigation into this incident is now underway.
