Six aestheticians at the Hamilton Princess Driftwood Spa have completed specialised training in lymphatic drainage facial techniques, introducing a new approach to skincare in Bermuda.
The technique focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system through gentle massage, helping to reduce facial puffiness and support the skin’s natural drainage process, while also addressing some visible signs of ageing.
Kendal Trott spoke with an international trainer and one of the newly certified aestheticians, who talked about the science behind the technique, its potential benefits and the importance of specialised training in skincare treatments.
