No life threatening injuries were reported and officers are making enquiries
Media Release:
At approximately 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, April 5, 2026, Police received a report that a vehicle had struck a utility pole near the junction of Old Military Road and Slippery Hill, St. George’s.
Upon arrival, officers observed that the vehicle’s license plates had been removed.
Subsequent inquiries revealed the vehicle, which was extensively damaged, was part of the government fleet.
Further checks led to the driver, who sustained minor injuries, being identified.
An investigation into the circumstances surrounding this collision is now underway.
