Motorcycle crash blocks Middle Road in Warwick

Police divert traffic following serious single-vehicle collision

Update (5:59pm): Bermuda Police Service –

Around 4:35 p.m. on Friday April 10, 2026, Police and Emergency Medical Services personnel, were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision involving a motorcycle on Middle Road, near the junction with Sleepy Hollow Lane, Warwick.

It was reported that the male rider was unconscious and was being immediately transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries, which are considered serious.

The scene is currently being processed and it is anticipated the roadway will be closed for an extended period.

Traffic diversions are currently in place at the junctions of Middle Road and Tamarind Vale as well as Middle Road and Burnt House Hill.

Where possible motorists are urged to use Harbour Road or South Road to get to their destinations.
