Bermuda Police Service Press Release:
The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) is aware of images depicting a male and female engaged in a sex act at what appears to be a local beach, being circulated on social media.
While no official report has been made, the matter is now under investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to call 211, or the main police number, 295-0011.
The BPS reminds the public, Any person who wilfully and without lawful excuse does any indecent act in any public place; or who wilfully does any indecent act in any place with intent to insult or offend any person, is guilty of a summary offence, and is liable to imprisonment for five years.
