Like Mother, Like Daughter…. it seems after Sarah and Alys Webber earned their graduate degrees on the same day from Keele University in the UK.
Sarah graduated with an Masters in Education Leadership and Management last week, as her daughter, 24-year-old Alys, received her Master of Science in Technical Leadership in Analytical Science.
Both sported caps and gowns at their respective ceremonies.
Alys moved to the UK from Bermuda last year to complete her degree, with hopes of becoming a detective in Cheshire.
Mom Sarah, an aspiring author and former primary school teacher, completed her studies online from North Yorkshire.
She told the University magazine, “It’s something we can share together and look back on fondly for a long time.”
