The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the motoring public that a single-lane closure will be in effect on Middle Road, in Warwick, from Tamarind Vale junction to Longford Road for paving works to take place.
The single-lane closure commences on Thursday, 24th September 2026 and continuous through to Monday, 16th November 2026.
Working hours will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
The traffic control for the paving works will be managed by Surface Experts Ltd. representatives, utilizing stop-and-go signs and temporary traffic signals.
The motoring public is advised to use the designated detour routes via South Road and Harbour Road to avoid this section of Middle Road. Motorists who do not utilize the detour routes should expect traffic delays while traveling through the area.
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment encourages full cooperation from the motoring public and apologises for any inconvenience that may arise.
