Scaur Hill road repairs ahead of schedule, Public Works Minister

The $1.1million project has seen concrete block installed along a 230-foot retaining wall to replace an aging limestone structure.

Repair work to replace an unstable wall in the Scaur Hill area is nearing completion and ahead of schedule, according to the Ministry of Public Works.

We spoke with Lt. Col. David Burch, the Minister of Public Works and Senior Structural Engineer, Austin Kenny, who tells us the project should finish at the end of February 2025.
