From 3-0 Down to Game On: Bermuda Roar Back Against Grenada
There may only be bragging rights to play for—but Grenada came out firing.
The visitors struck early, opening the scoring in just the fourth minute. They nearly doubled their advantage in the 13th, but a missed penalty kept Bermuda within reach. Grenada didn’t let up, however, finding the net again in the 21st and 24th minutes to surge into a commanding 3-0 lead.
At that point, Bermuda looked in serious trouble.
But the Lady Gombey Warriors responded with resilience. Keunna Dill pulled one back in the 38th minute, sparking life into the home side. With momentum shifting, Dill struck again deep into first-half stoppage time, cutting the deficit to 3-2 and setting up a thrilling second half.
An action-packed opening 45 minutes left everything to play for.
