Another week of thrilling action on the cricket pitches, both here in Bermuda and further afield, and we’re here to bring you the standout individual performances.
With the bat, young Zeri Tomlinson of Sedbergh School hit the week’s high with a superb 108. But locally, Somerset’s Jermal Proctor stole the show. He blasted a stunning 92 against Bailey’s Bay, hitting 16 boundaries, and followed that up with a crucial 76 against St. George’s. PHC’s Christopher Douglas and Charles Trott also impressed with 64 apiece.
In the bowling department, Makai Jacobs of Southampton Rangers takes the weekend honours with a fantastic five-wicket haul for just 14 runs. Overseas, Bermuda’s Dennico Hollis grabbed three wickets for a miserly five runs for Stenhousemuir. 1 Back home, Dion Stovell of Southampton Rangers took three wickets, and Bailey’s Bay’s Macquille Walker also impressed with three wickets for just ten runs.
