Bermuda U15s lose to Trinidad in group stage clash

Bermuda’s Under-15 boys’ national football team suffered a setback in their Concacaf Boys’ U-15 Championships campaign, going down 2-0 to Trinidad & Tobago in their third group stage match.
After a thrilling comeback victory against Barbados, Bermuda entered the game with renewed confidence. However, they fell behind early as Trinidad & Tobago’s Adasa Richardson headed home from close range in the seventh minute.
Despite creating some opportunities in the second half, Bermuda struggled to find the final touch. Trinidad & Tobago doubled their lead in the 51st minute when Jeremai Nanton headed in a corner unchallenged.
The young Bermudian side continued to press but were unable to break down the organised Trinidad defence. The defeat sees Bermuda finish with four points from their three group games, which was not enough to advance to the semi-finals.
