Incident allegedly occurred at home of a male complainant, in March
A Bermudian man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest follows an investigation into events that allegedly took place in the early hours of March 17 in Wellington, Florida.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office told Bermuda Broadcasting today that a sexual assault – with no physical force – allegedly took place at the home of a male complainant.
The Bermudian man was arrested on the 26th of August and later charged and released on bond on August the 28th. We are not naming him for legal reasons.
He is due to appear for a court hearing in the coming weeks.
