Those are among the issues a soon-to-be appointed Electoral Reform Working Group will review as Government pushes ahead with plans to modernise the electoral system.
Minister for the Cabinet Office and Digital Innovation, Diallo Rabain, says the working group is now ready to be formed, with legislation still expected to go before the House of Assembly in September.
