International football returns to the Flora Duffy South Field this June as Bermuda’s senior women prepare to reignite their rivalry with Belize.
The two countries last met in July 2024, trading victories in a hard-fought series in Belmopan. Now, under a reciprocal agreement, the narrative shifts to Devonshire for two high-stakes fixtures on June 4th and 7th.
A new era begins on the sidelines as Karl Roberts and Calvin Dill step up to lead the side. Both were long-term assistants to former coach Naquita Robinson and will look to capitalize on the squad’s “anxious” energy to perform in front of a home crowd.
Currently ranked 141st by FIFA, Bermuda will be favorites against the 186th-ranked visitors, but after the balanced results in 2024, nothing is being taken for granted.
