Bermudian tennis prospect Daniel Phillips made a triumphant return to professional action on the clay courts of Turkey, securing his first ATP Singles ranking points of the season in the main draw of the M15 Kayseri Tour.
Phillips showed immense mental resilience to outlast world number 648 Timofei Derepasko. The grueling victory on the European circuit marks a significant breakthrough for the young islander as he looks to re-establish his rhythm following a spell away from tournament play.
